Dr. Allison Weinkle is a highly accomplished Mohs Surgeon and Cosmetic Dermatologist, bringing her expertise and passion to her hometown of Bradenton, Florida. She has gained valuable experience nationwide and returned to join her mother's advanced dermatology practice. As a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and an Associate of the American College of Mohs Surgery, Dr. Weinkle is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in Mohs Surgery and Cosmetic Dermatology. She completed fellowships at the prestigious University of California, Davis, where she had the privilege of training under renowned experts in lasers and surgical dermatology. Her commitment to staying at the forefront of the field has led her to expand the practice, offering patients access to the latest cutting-edge devices. Before her advanced training, Dr. Weinkle achieved academic excellence, graduating summa cum laude from Emory University. She pursued her medical education at the University of California, San Diego Medical School, and completed her dermatology residency at the University of South Florida. Highly Qualified in Her Profession Born in Baltimore, Dr. Cash spent most of her childhood moving back and forth between Texas and the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. area. Dr. Cash graduated magna cum laude from Howard University in Washington, D.C. She then returned to Houston, where her family lived, and earned her M.D. from Baylor College of Medicine. Deciding to become a surgeon, she entered a 5-year general surgery residency through St. Joseph Hospital. During her surgical training she rotated through Brackenridge Hospital, The Children’s Hospital of Austin, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Memorial Hermann Hospital, and St. Joseph Hospital. She was selected by her peers as “Resident of the Year” in 1998. Dr. Cash then went on to complete a 2-year residency in plastic surgery. During this time, Dr. Cash received valuable training from distinguished surgeons at St. Joseph Hospital, the Memorial Hermann burn unit, Lyndon Baines Johnson General Hospital, and MD Anderson Cancer Center. As a chief resident in plastic surgery, she traveled to Lima, Peru with Operation San Jose on a medical mission to treat patients born with cleft lips and palates. Dr. Cash met her husband, Chris Lowe, while attending Baylor. The couple and their 3 children live in Houston. Dr. Cash’s parents live in the area as well.

Andrew L. Peredo, MD is a plastic surgeon specializing in aesthetic surgery of the face, breast, and body and reconstruction following surgery for breast cancer, skin cancer, and burn injuries. He performs breast augmentations, breast lifts and reductions, tummy tucks, mommy makeovers, liposuction and body sculpting, rhinoplasties, face and neck lifts, eyelid surgery, and breast reconstruction following mastectomy or lumpectomy for breast cancer, amongst many other procedures. Dr. Peredo also performs non-surgical procedures with neuromodulators and fillers for facial rejuvenation, asymmetries, and enhancement. He completed his General Surgery Internship at Mount Sinai Medical Center and his General Surgery training at Stony Brook University. During his 4th year of training, he was awarded The David J. Kreis Jr. Award for Excellence, which exemplifies excellence in clinical practice, medical research, education, communication, and compassionate care. After five years of General Surgery, Dr. Peredo completed a Burn & Reconstructive Plastic Surgery fellowship at the renowned Jacobi Medical Center. There he helped create 3D-printed prosthetic limbs for children with congenital deformities of the extremities. Dr. Peredo then went to the University of Colorado for three years to complete his training in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery, where he learned from leaders in the field serving a large population covering several states. While in Colorado, he created an award-winning instrumental device to aid in microsurgical training, which he is still actively collaborating with.

She then pursued specialized training in dermatology at the University of Kansas Medical Center, where she completed her residency. Dr. Gilly Munavalli is the medical director and founder of Dermatology, Laser & Vein Specialists of the Carolinas. His accomplished academic résumé begins in his home state of North Carolina, where he received a Bachelor of Science from UNC – Chapel Hill. Next, Dr. Munavalli earned a Master of Health Science from the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health followed by a Doctorate of Medicine from Morehouse Medical School. Also, he completed an internship at the Mayo Clinic prior to beginning his residency in dermatology. Dr. Munavalli’s dermatology training began in residency at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Directly after, he obtained dermatologic surgery fellowships in Mohs Micrographic Surgery, cutaneous oncology, facial reconstruction, cosmetic and laser surgery at the University of California at San Francisco. Last but not least, he fulfilled additional phlebology and advanced laser surgery fellowships at the Maryland Laser, Skin & Vein Institute and Johns Hopkins University. He received his Board Certification from the American Board of Dermatology in 2002. Dr. Munavalli has nearly 20 years of experience in dermatology and dermatologic surgery. His areas of expertise are diverse and include treatments like tumescent liposuction, blepharoplasty, laser skin resurfacing, facial volume enhancement, fat transfer, as well as laser removal of small blood vessels, birthmarks, acne, tattoos, fine lines and wrinkles. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the Wake Forest University School of Medicine – Department of Dermatology. Dr. Munavalli also serves as a Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery Fellowship Director for the ASDS. Previously, he spent four years on the clinical faculty of Dermatology at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD. On a personal note, Dr. Munavalli is a native of Salisbury, NC and has spent over a third of his life in the Tar Heel state. Dr. Munavalli’s hobbies include reading, exercising, tropical fish keeping, sports and international travel. He enjoys spending time with his son, Vir.
