Dr. Jacob Beer

Dr. Jacob Beer is an Ivy League-trained dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon, dedicated to delivering personalized care. He blends the latest techniques with his compassionate bedside manner to every patient encounter.

A frequent speaker at conferences including the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Cosmetic Bootcamp, and the Corso Pratico Hair & Nail and Anti-Aging Conference, Dr. Beer is committed to staying at the forefront of dermatologic care. He has authored over 40 publications in peer-reviewed journals and serves on the editorial boards of several leading dermatology publications.

Dr. Beer attended college at the University of Pennsylvania. He continued his training at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. While there, he conducted clinical research on hair growth, wound healing and cutaneous oncology. After completing his internship in internal medicine at Tulane University, Dr. Beer returned home to South Florida for his dermatology residency at the prestigious Dr. Phillip Frost Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at the University of Miami. He served as the Cosmetic Chief Resident. In this role, he focused on integrating multiple modalities, including lasers, biorejuvenators, fillers, neuromodulators, and topical treatments to achieve facial balance and optimal skin health.

During his training, Dr. Beer worked with world-renowned experts to manage complicated cases in medical dermatology, hair restoration, nail disorders, surgical and cosmetic dermatology, and aesthetic surgery.
